Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession, in accordance with applicable EU and Spanish consumer protection law.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service start during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of your decision to withdraw, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

This withdrawal policy complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios). Spanish consumers may also address withdrawal declarations in Spanish to the above contact details.
