Workflow
-
Goal: Your project starts with a clear understanding of your needs and objectives.
Initial Consultation: We begin with a personal meeting or an online consultation to learn more about your business, target audience, and vision.
Briefing: In this step, we’ll ask you to fill out a short questionnaire or provide a brief, helping us to precisely capture your wants and expectations.
Goal Setting: Together, we’ll discuss the goals of the website: Is it for information, sales, brand awareness, or something else? We’ll set clear milestones for the project.
-
Goal: We develop the architecture of your website and lay the foundation for design.
Site Map: We create a structured overview (site map) of the website to ensure all important pages and features are accounted for.
Wireframe: A rough layout (wireframe) will be created to show how the main sections of the site are organized. No design elements are involved yet – just the structure.
Feedback Loop 1: You’ll review the wireframe and provide feedback. We’ll make adjustments based on your preferences before moving on to the design phase.
-
Goal: Your website takes on its visual identity.
Design Draft: Based on the wireframe and your goals, we’ll create the visual design for the homepage and key pages, incorporating colors, fonts, and style that reflect your brand.
Feedback Loop 2: You’ll see the first design draft and provide comments. Maybe you’d like adjustments to colors or images – this is the time to share your feedback.
Design Revision: We’ll incorporate your feedback, refine the design, and show you the updated version. We’ll continue this iterative process until it’s perfect.
-
Goal: Now, we’ll technically build your website.
Technical Implementation: After the design approval, we begin the development phase. Your site will be built on a suitable platform (e.g., Squarespace, Ghost for news & publishing, etc.), including key functionalities like contact forms, blogs, shops, or multilingual options.
Responsiveness: We ensure your site looks great on all devices, from smartphones to desktops.
Feedback Loop 3: You’ll be able to preview the functional but unfinished version of the website in a test environment. You can provide final feedback before it goes live.
-
Goal: We make sure everything works smoothly and the site is user-friendly.
Testing Phase: We test the entire site across different devices and browsers, check loading times, and make sure everything is functioning as expected.
SEO Optimization: Your website will be optimized for search engines to help you rank well on Google.
Feedback Loop 4: Once you’re satisfied with the final result, we can make any last-minute adjustments before going live.
-
Goal: Your website goes live and becomes publicly accessible.
Launch: Your website will be deployed to the chosen hosting server and made live. We ensure a smooth transition and handle the launch process.
Training & Handover: You’ll receive a brief training session on how to manage your site’s content (e.g., text and image updates, blog posts, etc.).
Access Details: We hand over all necessary access details for your content management system (CMS), hosting, and analytics.
-
Goal: You can relax while we take care of ongoing technical maintenance and future improvements.
Support: We’re here for you even after launch! If you have questions or encounter issues, you can contact us anytime.
Maintenance: You’ll receive an ongoing maintenance offer for regular updates, security checks, and performance optimizations, so your site stays up-to-date and secure.
Long-term Collaboration: As needed, we can continue working together on future optimizations, expansions, or additional features.
